Pork chops!

So I made a grilled pork chop with califlower "rice", sautéed greenbeans with red onion. So I marinated to make the pork flavorful with herbs and garlic. Then I  grated the califlower to make it look like rice. It was actually ok, it was the texture of couscous. After that I did some frozen bean in the fridge with some fresh sautéed onion! It was great and ony about 400 calories! Whooo! I also lost another pound today! Yay!
