Day three
Had a final today and I think I got an A! I was a lil off track today in what the best options were to eat I was crazy busy today, I stayed in my WW budget but I still feel like I ate poor, but it's ok I have a lot of studying to do tonight peace!

Step one-admitting
Hello my name is Megan and I am obese. I realize this and now I am going to be tracking everything I eat and drink and blogging it I have uploaded a pic of me present day and a pic of me when I was 17 three years ago I was 145 now I am 189. I just started weight watchers and am training for a marathon in 12 weeks! I can do this :)! My first goal is 164 by April 12th and eventually 125- the weight I was as a freshman :) it will be a long journey but I am going to drag myself though it. Oh did I mention I go to culinary school to be chef, there is great food everywhere!oh well here we go!
